RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Are you dissatisfied with your purchase? Don't worry. You can return it within 30 days of placing your order for a refund, provided the product is in the same condition as when you received it. The refund will be for the full cost of returning the OpeenPong products, excluding shipping costs. The postage cost of returning the product to us will not be refunded.
Please contact us before making a return. This way we can handle the return efficiently.
Once the return is made, please share the tracking code via email. Once the item is received, we will refund you the full price of the product within 2 business days. Please remember to include your order number when returning your order.

LOST ITEMS IN TRANSIT / LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
By placing an order with us, you agree to our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the stated time frames, however external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order delivery times exceed our indicated time frame by 5 business days, you may contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement order or a full refund.

Once the order has shipped, it is not possible to cancel it.
Open Pong is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are deemed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, Open Pong will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and shipping information for the customer to verify.
