We ship our OpenPongs worldwide from our central warehouse.

As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, international parcel services have been severely strained, causing unexpected delays that we unfortunately cannot control.

For this reason, it may take approximately 1-2 weeks for orders to arrive. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

We know that fast delivery is important to you and we are working hard to make this happen!

Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process and ship your order once it is placed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
